We are looking for a Business Intelligence (BI) Engineer/Analyst to help transform data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business data, developing reports and dashboards, and providing key stakeholders with the information they need to optimize operations and performance. 

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience with SQL and data visualization tools, and a passion for data storytelling. If you enjoy working with data to uncover trends and opportunities, this role is for you! 

• Data Analysis & Insights 
• Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. 
• Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track business performance. 
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support decision-making across teams. 
• Business Intelligence & Reporting 
• Work closely with analysts and business stakeholders to understand data needs and reporting requirements. 
• Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools. 
• Create automated reporting solutions to support business operations and decision-making. 
• Write efficient SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from databases. 
• Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner. 
• Support self-service BI initiatives, enabling non-technical teams to access and use data effectively. 
• Automate and optimize reporting processes to improve efficiency. 
• Work closely with Data Engineering to: 
• Design, develop, and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to integrate data from multiple sources 
• Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements. 
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and performance optimization in database solutions. 

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics and business intelligence 
• Direct experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker). 
• Strong SQL skills for querying, transformation, and performance tuning. 
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. 
• Ability to tell a story from data 

Annual Base Salary Range: $112,000-126,00
