Title: Business Intelligence Engineer
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 months
Pay:Ā $70-$75/hr
W2 ONLY, NO C2C
We are seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer. This position will focus on optimizing existing Python data pipelines, implementing best practices for code documentation and version control, and developing comprehensive Power BI data models to support marketing analytics initiatives.

Required Qualifications
ā¢ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
ā¢ 5+ years of experience in data engineering or business intelligence roles
ā¢ Strong proficiency in Python programming and data manipulation libraries
ā¢ Extensive experience with Power BI development and data modeling
ā¢ Solid understanding of marketing analytics concepts and KPIs
ā¢ Experience with GitHub and version control systems
ā¢ Knowledge of data security protocols and compliance requirements
ā¢ Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
ā¢ Excellent documentation and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
ā¢ Command of Google Analytics / Google BigQuery (GBQ)
ā¢ Experience with cloud platforms (AWS)
ā¢ Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (Sales Cloud)
ā¢ Command of SQL and database management systems
ā¢ Familiarity with data visualization best practices
ā¢ Understanding of statistical analysis and data science concepts
ā¢ Certification in Power BI or related BI tools
