The Illinois Department of Public Health is seeking a Chief Budget and Finance Analyst. This individual will oversee the agency’s annual budget under the guidance of the Chief Financial Officer. Duties include preparing yearly budget submissions, overseeing the budget request through the legislative process and implementing final budget. In addition, the position oversees the payroll unit for the Agency.
