Description

We are an established real estate law firm with offices across California. Our firm is looking for a Client Data Specialist to join our fast-paced team in our San Diego office. If chosen as the successful candidate, you will be responsible for assisting in the management of client data by maintaining accurate information in firm databases.

Compensation: $25.00-$29.00/hour DOE

Responsibilities:

  • Function as a member of a support team, providing client contact data management support to all departments
  • Provide support to the Senior Client Data Specialist to ensure tasks are prioritized appropriately.Β 
  • Assist Senior Client Data Specialist with the development of new processes and procedures to streamline client contact entry and update tasks.
  • Add, maintain, and update client contact data, ensuring all required data is provided and correctly managed in all firm case management systems, and any other client related software
  • Research data discrepancies or missing data to maintain accuracy
  • Work with other departments to obtain up-to-date client contact information
  • Assist with documenting of processes and procedures regarding client contacts

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

  • 3+ years of professional office/administrative experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to interact professionally and effectively with clients.
  • Strong data research and time management skills
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Proactive ability to identify and resolve problems and data discrepancies
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain a positive relationship with a diverse workforce and client base

The following qualifications are preferred:

  • ProLaw experience

Schedule:

Position is full-time at 40 hours/week. Our business hours are 8:30am-5:30pm Monday-Thursday, 8:30am-5:00pm Friday.

We currently offer a hybrid work model for select positions within the Firm.Β New hire employees who are offered a hybrid schedule will complete their onboarding and training in-office as deemed necessary for the position by the firm before transitioning to a hybrid schedule, subject to approval by their supervisor.
