The Customer Care & Data Specialist is responsible for providing the highest level of customer service to all members/customers, both internal and external, by meeting their needs in a timely and accurate fashion. This position is one of the first points of contact for customer inquiries. The Customer Care & Data Specialist will provide excellent customer service to members/customers via in-person, phone, and customer relationship management (CRM) software, and on occasion, in the council store. This position works cross-functionally with other departments toward achieving the councilβs strategic vision, short- and long-term plans, and project work.
