Your Mission:

At BuildOn Technologies, you’ll own customer product catalogs and data accuracy from end to end—ensuring that what customers see is right, every time. You’ll be a key contact for assigned accounts, helping Sales, Marketing, and Support deliver a flawless experience.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing:

Manage and maintain product data: SKUs, pricing, images, descriptions
Respond to customer tickets with accuracy and urgency
Clean, audit, and organize catalogs across systems
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Support teams to gather and enrich data
Provide insights and reports that help teams work smarter

Qualifications

Experience with customer data, product catalogs, or CRM systems
Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
Great communicator who keeps customers and teams in sync
