Your Mission:
At BuildOn Technologies, you’ll own customer product catalogs and data accuracy from end to end—ensuring that what customers see is right, every time. You’ll be a key contact for assigned accounts, helping Sales, Marketing, and Support deliver a flawless experience.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage and maintain product data: SKUs, pricing, images, descriptions
- Respond to customer tickets with accuracy and urgency
- Clean, audit, and organize catalogs across systems
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Support teams to gather and enrich data
- Provide insights and reports that help teams work smarter
Qualifications

- Experience with customer data, product catalogs, or CRM systems
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
- Great communicator who keeps customers and teams in sync
- You enjoy solving problems—and doing it right the first time
