This Position reports to:
Sales Support ManagerYour Role: Own the ChallengeΒ
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the end-to-end operation of customer master data lifecycle including creation, update, and archival/deletion of the master data, by following the standards and quality requirements of the domain. Each day, you will provide support on customer master data management processes. You will also showcase your expertise by understanding the impact of the customer master data maintained and accordingly providing guidance to others on the related matters.
The work model for the role is: hybrid, with 2 days per week at Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu.
This role is contributing to the customer master data in Electrification, Installation Products division of ABB, in Canada.
