Team members engage with stakeholders from engineering to supply chain to optimize manufacturing processes using Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM. With a deep focus on continuous improvement, the team delivers scalable ERP solutions across multiple sites and drives initiatives in MES integration, automation, and performance enhancement.

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Partner with stakeholders to analyze and refine manufacturing and supply chain workflows, aligning them with D365 FSCM best practices.
  • Translate operational needs into precise functional and technical documentation.
  • Lead gap analyses to identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.
  • Configure and fine-tune D365 FSCM manufacturing modules, including production control, product information management, inventory oversight, and warehouse operations.
  • Oversee the design and delivery of system enhancements, integrations, and automated workflows.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops, end-user training, and adoption initiatives.
  • Develop comprehensive test strategies, troubleshoot defects, and ensure quality delivery.
  • Serve as the bridge between technical teams, business units, and external partners.
  • Monitor system performance, recommend upgrades, and keep the business informed on emerging D365 advancements.


Are You a D365 Manufacturing BA Rock Star?

  • 7–10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant within a manufacturing ERP environment.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM, particularly across Production, PIM, Inventory, and Warehouse modules.
  • Skilled in configuration, workflow design, and integrations with MES and other third-party tools.
  • Strong analytical and functional troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with ERP delivery methodologies and working in Agile or structured implementation teams.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Power Platform, Power Automate, and related tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Supply Chain Management.
  • Preferred: D365 FSCM certification and experience managing multi-site or multi-national rollouts.
  • Experience working across multi-site or international implementations is a strong plus.
