About the Job: The Data Analyst plays a key role in driving strategic and operational initiatives by utilizing data to deliver actionable insights, improve processes, and advance organizational goals. Collaborating across departments, this role focuses on system integration, ensuring data accuracy, and fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making through advanced analytics and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Centralize data management by integrating diverse pharmacy software platforms into PowerBI, positioning it as the organization’s primary data repository.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing rigorous validation and quality control processes.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operations, inventory, and sales.
• Generate custom and recurring reports to meet the specific needs of various departments.
• Conduct data analysis to support research projects, delivering evidence of clinical and economic value.
• Provide data-driven support for compliance and third-party accreditation initiatives, aligning with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with financial planning teams to supply accurate, timely data for forecasting, budgeting, and performance monitoring.
• Train staff on tools, promoting data literacy and encouraging self-service analytics across the organization.

Education and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Management, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics development.
• 3+ years of experience managing multiple projects within a collaborative team environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and database management.
• Proven expertise in independently structuring and executing complex data analyses.
• Experience mapping and testing business processes and workflows.
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders and promote strategies, process improvements, and operational changes.
• Previous experience in healthcare or pharmacy settings is preferred.

Compensation: $85,000 - $110,000

Job Status: Direct Hire. Onsite in Buffalo, NY
