Position Overview

We are looking for a Data Application Analyst who will function as a project lead for our supply chain, operations, sales, finance and executive team with insights gained from analyzing Novolex data. The ideal candidate is adept at using large data sets from multiple systems to find opportunities for product and process optimization and using models to test the effectiveness of different courses of action. They must have experience using a variety of data analysis methods, using a variety of digital transformation tools, building and implementing machine learning automated solutions. They must have a proven ability to drive cost avoidance initiatives. They must be comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders and functional teams. The right candidate will have a passion for innovation, process automation and overall digital transformation.

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $80,000-$90,000 + bonus + benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. At Novolex, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
