We are seeking a commercially minded and analytically driven Data Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. In this critical role, you will support departments across the VetPartners network by designing dashboards, interpreting business data, and delivering insights that drive operational and strategic decisions.
Reporting to the General Manager – FP&A, you’ll play a key role in identifying performance trends, uncovering opportunities for improvement, and supporting leadership with accurate, timely, and actionable insights. Your work will span data collection, organisation and interpretation, with a strong focus on transforming raw data into clear business narratives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and manage reporting that visualises key metrics across departments
  • Partner with stakeholders to collect, organise and analyse operational and financial data
  • Develop forecasting models and scenario plans to support strategic decisions
  • Provide clear and actionable insights to leaders across all functions
  • Automate and streamline reporting to improve accessibility and reduce manual work
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance data processes
Skills, Attributes, and Experience:
  • 3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, FP&A Analyst, or Data Analyst
  • Proficiency in Excel and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau
  • Experience working with large datasets
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present insights to varied audiences
  • High attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and a passion for data
