As a Data Analyst Intern, you will support the development and delivery of programs that drive operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance throughout the organization. This internship offers the opportunity to directly contribute to financial and strategic business objectives by optimizing business practices, supporting process improvements, and ensuring adherence to internal standards. You will play an integral role in communicating and training others on best practices, helping to foster a culture of process excellence and compliance.Β

Qualifications & Characteristics:Β 

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.Β 

  • Familiarity with Oracle technologies, solutions, or services is a plus.Β 

  • Interest in or exposure to machine learning technologies and Generative AI tools.Β 

  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Β 

  • Ability to collect, organize, and present data using spreadsheets and visualization tools.Β 

  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Β 

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills to interact with management and team members.Β 

  • Ability to effectively seek information, correct data errors, and follow through on tasks.Β 

  • Relationship management and customer service mindset desired.Β 

  • 0–2 years of relevant experience.Β

Our intern program is designed for rising seniors, as our goal is to convert interns to full-time employees the following year. Because of this, candidates must be graduating by May 2027 to be eligible.



Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:Β 

  • Collaborate with teams across Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing.Β 

  • Collect, input, and verify data to support measurement and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) against business objectives.Β 

  • Assist in preparing management updates on budget performance, highlighting deviations and identifying opportunities for improvement.Β 

  • Support the assessment of economic impact and compliance concerns related to key business decisions.Β 

  • Help communicate Oracle Business Practices and monitor processes for compliance and proper approvals.Β 

  • Contribute to the implementation of new processes and procedures as needed.
