 We are seeking a highly analytical Data Analyst to join a fast-growing real estate investment company specializing in raw land acquisitions and dispositions across the U.S. In this role, you will start by mastering vacant land pricing and market data analysis, with the opportunity to grow into a senior leadership position overseeing the company’s entire data operation.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Analyze and price vacant land properties at the county and zip code level (bulk pricing models).
     

  • Perform comparative market analysis to identify undervalued properties.
     

  • Track and manage KPIs (lead costs, conversion rates, sales performance, etc.).
     

  • Build and maintain data-driven reports to guide business decisions.
     

  • Ensure speed and accuracy in data processing to keep acquisitions, sales, and marketing running smoothly.
     

  • Collaborate with leadership to improve pricing models, business processes, and data strategy.
     

  • Support the implementation of automation and AI-driven analysis tools.

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, financial modeling, or real estate pricing (vacant land experience a plus).
     

  • Strong proficiency in Excel (comfortable working in spreadsheets daily).
     

  • Highly detail-oriented, with a track record of accurate data output.
     

  • Analytical thinker who can “read between the lines” of comps and pricing data.
     

  • Growth mindset and interest in progressing into a leadership role.
     

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
     

  • Bonus: Experience with real estate underwriting or KPI tracking.
