Salary Range: $30.22/hr - $35.71/hr
Summary Description: The CCBHC Data Specialist works as an integral member of the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic program (CCBHC) clinic services team. In this role, the CCBHC Data Specialist, under the direction of the Senior Director of EHR and Data Analytics, will provide regular reporting and analysis to the CCBHC programs. The CCBHC Data Specialist provides support in all areas of the NOMs process including but not limited to administrative tasks, data entry and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter completed NOMS and Administrative NOMS into SPARs.
- Track grant deliverables.
- Work closely with Grant Evaluator and Project Director.
- Train CCBHC staff on SPARS, NOMS, and Reporting indicator.
- Interpret the data in the EHR, quality indicators as per grant targets and provide relevant feedback and reports to the CCBHC Team.
- Responsible for running daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports as per program needs and regular SAMSHA reporting requirements.
- Review, evaluate, and share performance indicators with the integrated team.
- Take part in integrated team meetings, present data, outcomes, and trends.
- Stay abreast of the industry standards, participate in grant data collaboratives
- Oversee the NOMS workflow, including baseline, reassessment, and discharge targets. Follow up to troubleshoot issues and ensure accurate and timely data collection and reporting, including completion of administrative NOMS if needed.
- Manage and complete CCBHC Clinic data and reporting needs, both regular and as they arise.
- Provide the CCBHC Clinic with data analysis and reporting to maintain data integrity, regulatory compliance, and productivity goals.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Submit monthly Rockland County data timely and accurately.
- Distribute weekly and monthly CCBHC data to the team.
- Maintain NOMS assessment rate of 10%.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Demonstrated experience in the health and social services sector may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and database management systems, including Power Bi.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Fluency in English (Reading, Writing, Speaking).
- Must be cleared and maintain clearance by applicable regulatory clearances as required.
- Legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Special Considerations:
- Employees may be sitting and performing computer work for extended periods of time.
- Hours per week, reporting structure, and location are subject to change per program needs.
Mandated Reporter:
This is a Mandated Reporter position. The NYS Justice Center legislation defines anyone who has regular and substantial contact with any person with special needs as a “custodian” under the law and, therefore, a mandated reporter.
