Data Specialist

The Data Specialist is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in CAHPS database. The scope of this job includes ensuring data is correctly entered and organized to be used for client and regulatory reporting.Β

Key ResponsibilitiesΒ 

  • Perform the mail receipt and intake process, including opening and sorting.Β 

  • Prepare paper surveys for scanning into computer database.Β 

  • Execute operation of computer and scanner and maintain survey data in database in an accurate and efficient manner.Β 

  • Review image processing and auditing of software to process survey results.Β 

  • Identify incomplete or erroneous scans when entering survey and notify supervisor immediately.Β 

  • Perform other job duties as assigned.Β

Required qualificationsΒ 

  • GED or High School DiplomaΒ 

  • At least 1-2 years of relevant work experienceΒ
