Starting Pay Range - $21.64 - $23.81 /hr

  • Possible increases every 6 months or year depending on starting pay.Β 

Summary:

Responsible for all data entry to the provided proprietary data systems, and the department data bases. Internal Tracking and compilation of program data for program specific outcomes and reporting. Provide administrative assistance within the Forensic Housing program


Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Enter deadline – sensitive data into the computer information system in a timely manner. Β Perform all related self-check, error-correction, and date information functions according to timelines.
  • Collaborate with state agency and trainers, as required for data collection
  • Assist with correspondence, faxing, copying.
  • Answer incoming program calls, take and distribute messages.
  • Provide support for staff to track and complete required paperwork.
  • Maintain necessary computer and hard copy files.
  • Cross train with PA(s) to alternate duties as necessary to cover inter-departmental and program needs.
  • Communicate any site maintenance needs to the Facilities Coordinator.
  • Maintain Tracking and Reports
  • Maintain agency and create departmental forms
  • Record meeting minutes when meeting with state agencies regarding data entry procedures and updates
  • Work collectively with finance team as needed, for tracking purposes

Non-essential Job Functions:

  • Attend internal and external staff and planning meetings as needed.
  • Maintain communication and cooperative working relationships within the agency.
  • Other duties as assigned by Supervisors.

Education, Licensing and Experience:

  • 2-4 years of experience in an office type setting. Β 
  • Excellent organizational, clerical, computer, communication, and customer service skills, with an emphasis on data collection.Β 


Competencies, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of homelessness and/or chronic mental illness.
  • Customer service.
  • Maintaining and building therapeutic relationships. Β 
  • Assessment skills.
  • Multi-tasking , making decisions, & problem solving,Β 
  • Advanced computer literate, and good time management skills. Β 
  • Flexible and open to change.
