The Data Specialist 2 position is a mid-level position operating under the direction of more senior Contractor IT staff.Β Performs file manipulation, loading, conversion services, database indexing, and quality checks of loads.Β Develops, evaluates and modifies methodologies and procedures for manipulating files for use with COTS products and litigation support applications.Β Responsible for ensuring that incoming productions are made pursuant to the applicable ESI specifications and when deficiencies are found, provides Senior Data Specialist with detailed notice of deficiencies. Performs advanced tasks related to exporting data from contractor and DOJ databases, including: identifying data for export, confirming redactions and other markups, ensuring that exports comply with applicable ESI specifications, and quality check of exported data.

β’ Intermediate experience with Relativity/Relativity One, LAW, and Concordance.Β Everlaw experience is preferred.

Hiring hourly rate of pay:β―$37.22 (Hourly rate set by SCA)β―Β
*This position is regulated by the Department of Labor (DOL) as a Service Contract Act (SCA) contract. The DOL regulates the minimum hourly rate of pay, holiday and vacation leave benefits,Β and Health and Welfare (H&W) money. Β
*Employees will earn H&W dollars per eligible hour (including vacation and holiday up to 40 hours/week). H&W monies are used to offset the employerβs cost of benefits the employee elects into and/or utilizes. Any remaining health and welfare monies after all applicable deductions would be cashed out to the employee on a 1 pay period lag. Β
