Job Description Β Looking for a Direct Marketing Analyst to help scale and optimize our partner acquisition channels. This role sits at the intersection of analytics, relationship management, and revenue performance. You will own the day to day health of key marketing partnerships while developing the analytical and business judgment required to grow into a senior channel owner over time.
This role reports directly to the Vice President of Marketing and offers direct exposure to executive decision making, partner negotiations, and core unit economics. It is well suited for someone who wants to build a long term career in performance marketing, fintech, or analytics driven businesses.
Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of marketing partners, monitoring performance across volume, CAC, conversion, and portfolio quality
- Analyze partner level performance trends and proactively surface risks, opportunities, and optimization ideas
- Support and monitor API based integrations used to ingest leads from external partners
- Partner cross functionally with Risk, Data Science, Product, Compliance, and Engineering to resolve issues and improve outcomes
- Identify friction in the customer journey and work with internal teams and partners to improve conversion
- Prepare clear, data driven summaries for internal stakeholders that explain what is happening, why it is happening, and what should change
- Support compliance and audit requirements for marketing partners
- Contribute to the evaluation and onboarding of new partners as the program scales
What Success Looks Like
- First 90 days: Understand partner economics, reporting, and core workflows. Independently monitor performance and flag issues.
- 12 months: Own a set of partners end to end, including performance reviews, optimization recommendations, and executive updates.
- 24 to 36 months: Lead major partner expansions, mentor junior analysts, or take ownership of a core acquisition channel.

Qualifications
- One to three years of experience in analytics, marketing, partnerships, consulting, or a related role
- Strong Excel or spreadsheet based analytical skills
- Working knowledge of SQL or a desire to deepen technical skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, especially in presenting insights
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Self starter mindset with a bias toward ownership and follow through
Education Bachelorβs degree required. Business, finance, economics, or marketing preferred.
