SUMMARY OF POSITION:

The Donor Data Specialist reports to and supports the Advancement Department by developing and managing internal processes, software, data and business intelligence to maximize Springs Rescue Missionβs stewardship of donor relationships and resources. This position works to create systems that measure metrics tied to fundraising success and helps teams determine strategic audiences for messaging and relationship-building. In addition, this role supports Advancement by overseeing administrative support for CRM software to help teams stay focused on external relationships.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Bachelorβs degree in pertinent field.
3-5 years of database/CRM management experience for similar entity.
Previous experience organizing and scheduling workflows.
Previous experience working for a donor-funded, non-profit organization.
Statistical Business Analyst (SAS) certification preferred.
Expert in database administration, Excel and CRMs like EveryAction (Bonterra).

Understanding of and ability to produce common business metrics
Able to learn new systems or lead organization in embracing new systems
Skilled and proficient in EveryAction, Avid.ai, or comparable database/CRM
Computer literate and highly proficient in Microsoft Suite and Power BI
Attention to detail and good organizational skills
Good communication skills β verbally in person and on the phone
Familiar with PCI compliance guidelines
Able to read, write, and perform mathematical computations
Able to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL FACTORS:
Occasionally = 1%-33%; frequently = 34%-66%; continuously = 67%-100%.

Salary & benefits include the following: $62K- $72K annually DOE.
