The Data Analyst ensures the integrity and integration of data across the EKY Talent Network and its supporting programs. This role is critical to aligning client outcomes with employer needs and strengthening communication workflows that foster engagement with job seekers.ย
This position is an in-office position to report to one of SOARโs main or satellite offices in the region.
Key Responsibilitiesย
- Serve as the point person for data accuracy, integrity, and integration across the EKY Talent Network.ย
- Manage HubSpot and related systems to ensure seamless alignment between job seekers, staff, and employer partners.ย
- Develop workflows and communication sequences that maintain regular engagement with Talent Network members.ย
- Support employer coordinators by providing accurate, real-time data to inform matchmaking between candidates and employers.ย
- Oversee communication to job seekers through the EKY Job Board, email campaigns, and automated workflows.ย
- Generate reports to track progress, identify gaps, and inform continuous improvement across the Talent Network.ย
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in data management, information systems, business administration, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.ย
- Demonstrated experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred), data tracking, or workflow automation.ย
- Experience designing and implementing automated workflows, email campaigns, and integrations within the CRM.ย
- Familiarity with workforce development, career services, or employer engagement programs.ย
- Ability to translate data insights into practical recommendations for program improvement.ย
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.ย
- Ability to analyze and present data clearly to inform decision-making.ย
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.ย
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to support both internal teams and external partners.ย
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Regular and reliable attendance required.ย
- Must be able to handle prolonged periods of sitting at a desk or standing at an event.ย
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time when necessary.ย
Preferred Qualifications:ย
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams by aligning data systems with program outcomes.ย
- Comfort with public-facing communication (job board postings, newsletters, or campaign content).ย
- Strong collaborative mindset, with the ability to work across departments and with community partners.ย
