ERP Data Specialist

We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to fill the ERP Data Specialist role at our food manufacturing facility in Morgan Hill, CA. The primary responsibilities of this role is collection, entry, and maintenance of master data in the ERP system, as it relates to item, vendor, location and customer.
 

What will you be doing:

• Act as a point person between the Corporate Services team and the Test Kitchen, IT, Quality Assurance, Facility Operations, and Procurement teams in the subject area of Master Data.
• Responsible for creation, maintenance, and quality review of item, vendor, location, and customer master data in the ERP system.
• Support efforts within the Master Data Management and broader Corporate Services team when needed to create new processes and solutions or to quickly incorporate into existing processes new features to support new product offerings or new corporate initiatives.
• Create and maintain food product Bills of Material (BOMs) in the ERP system.
• Assist in implementing inter-departmental procedures and communication and provide input to drive continuous improvement
• Coordinate with Chefs and Procurement Teams to standardize item quantities per ship week to reduce production complexity. 
• Assist Chefs, Procurement, and Quality to maintain item substitutions in the ERP system while upholding the our policy.
• Work with Chefs to pre-assign and approve meal item substitutions. Communicate substitutions to appropriate departments and upkeep substitution items in the ERP system.
• Assist with emergency mid-cycle substitution requests Monday through Sunday as assigned.

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree
• An analytical, team player who has experience in Manufacturing to be a subject matter expert on master data and can consult with different stakeholders in the business.
• Preferred 1-3 years of experience working in ERP systems.
• Ability to influence others and work within cross-functional teams to drive decisions and action plans.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills with exceptional attention to details.
• Clear and concise communicator, verbal and written.
• Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Fluent in Microsoft Office and Google’s suite of Smart Apps.
