Job Purpose

Your Mission:

In this role, you’ll be the go-to data expert during customer implementations, making sure product option catalogs are flawless, customer pricing is correct, and every detail is in the right place. You’ll also be the friendly voice customers rely on when they need answers.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing:

Own customer option catalogs — descriptions, pricing, updates, and all the fine print.
Hunt down errors and perform QA until the data is bulletproof.
Manage images and content to keep catalogs polished and ready to launch.
Serve as the frontline communicator for customers on estimated options.
Step in on special cases to estimate material requirements.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

Excel wizardry (you’ll live in spreadsheets).
3+ years of data administration (preferred).
1–2 years of customer service (required).
Obsession with accuracy and detail.
Ability to work under deadlines without breaking a sweat.
Strong communicator who can build trust with customers.
Homebuilding knowledge is a bonus, but not required.

The Basics

Full-time, 40-hour week in an office/cubicle setting.
Reports to the Customer Success Coordinator.
Occasional travel.
