We’re Hiring: Financial Analyst – Bradenton, Florida

Hi-Lite is growing, and we’re looking for a Financial Analyst to join our Finance team in Florida. This role is a great opportunity to prepare financial statements, analyze data, support budgeting and forecasting, and deliver insights that guide leadership decisions.

What you’ll do:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
• Partner with leaders on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Deliver actionable insights using Excel and Power BI
• Support financial strategies that drive company growth

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• 2–3 years of accounting or financial analysis experience
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
• Experience with Foundation ERP (a plus, not required)
