• Create and manage the Enterprise Packaging Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and periodic forecasting, incorporating intricate rate structures with a diverse set of variables, while overseeing a sophisticated system for tracking packaging issuance and cost recovery across multiple countries, ensuring accurate allocation and compliance with regional requirements
• Analyze large, complex, and dynamic datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights, ensuring data accuracy and relevance in a rapidly evolving environment
• Develop, refine, and enhance visual data representations, communicating financial results and delivering in-depth variance analysis to equip managers with actionable insights and improve operational efficiency
• Apply a cost accounting mindset to analyze packaging costs, including direct, indirect, and overhead components, while partnering with Operations on cost reduction initiatives
• Support month-end close activities, perform variance analysis (Budget vs. Actual, YoY trends), and update management reporting decks with key financial insights
• Assist in the development and tracking of the annual capital budget for packaging operations and conduct financial analyses, including NPV evaluations, for capital investment decisions. Monitor capital project performance post-execution and ensure oversight, reporting, and governance of capital requisitions and projects to maintain healthy cash flow, ROI, and budgetary discipline
• Partner with Procurement and Supply Operations to enhance packaging-related technical platforms and identifies opportunities to improve processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and drive automation with the end goal of executing effective procurement to support our packaging supply strategy
• Support long-term strategic initiatives by evaluating financial impacts of strategic investments and operational changes and align financial strategies with overall packaging objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster alignment and build consensus, focusing on cost control through continuous process improvements
• Manage and prioritize competing responsibilities to assess risks effectively and guide sound business decisions in a dynamic environment
• Design and deliver ad hoc analysis, reports, and metrics to address emerging business needs, highlighting risks, opportunities, and performance trends
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
• 5 - 7 years in accounting, financial analysis, and planning
• Communication & Collaboration: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships, earn trust, and work effectively as a team player. Capable of working cross-functionally across the organization
• Organizational & Time Management: Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines efficiently. Advanced analytical skills with the ability to handle multiple competing priorities. Proficient in identifying and analyzing complex issues, focusing on relevant information, and utilizing key role-specific metrics
• Analytical & Problem-Solving: Excellent mathematical, statistical, and analytical skills with a strong problem-solving and data-driven decision-making aptitude
• Accounting & Financial Knowledge: Familiarity with accounting policies and standards, along with experience in financial analysis and planning
• Technical Proficiency: Extensive experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint. Advanced experience with Tableau or similar applications is preferred – advanced technical skills, including integrating resources and managing projects to completion with a results-driven approach. Familiarity with Hyperion reporting is a plus
• Flexibility & Travel: Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends. Valid passport with the ability to travel internationally
• English – Required, Spanish is a plus
Compensation & Benefits:

Salary Range estimated for the Financial Analyst: $85,000 to $110,000 USD.
