The role you’ll contribute\:

The Financial Analyst applies technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills to provide timely information to executives and leadership (other corporate departments and facilities). This person demonstrates competences in decision support and reporting through converting raw data into useful and actionable information. This person is responsible for compiling and analyzing data as well as for creating meaningful applications to support executive decision making. Character traits include\: strong work ethic, trainability, communicative, and team player with a positive ""can do"" attitude.

The value you’ll bring to the team\:

  • Compiles monthly data required to populate reports.
  • Reconciles and validates monthly financial and statistical data.
  • Distributes reports internally and externally.
  • Supports business intelligence initiatives by providing business insights and generating ideas for how to synthesize data to aide departmental online dashboard development.
  • Effectively creates dynamic and sustainable reporting solutions using computer software to support management.

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed\:

Minimum qualifications\:

  • Bachelor's Degree Accounting or Finance, Management Information Systems, or related

Preferred qualifications:

  • 3+ of healthcare finance experience
  • 2+ of business-related experience
