Job Description

Our client is hiring for an experienced Finance Analyst in Atlanta, GA. This role supports a growing investment platform and plays a key part in financial modeling, portfolio analytics, and executive‑level reporting. The position is highly visible, partnering with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams to support investment decisions, performance monitoring, and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models, including cash flow projections, returns analysis, and scenario modeling.
• Develop and update portfolio management tools used for performance tracking and strategic oversight.
• Collaborate with leadership, operations, investment teams, and accounting to gather data, synthesize insights, and support decision‑making.
• Present analyses, trends, and recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with modeling or valuation software preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial and accounting concepts, including cash flow mechanics and performance measurement.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills with a high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Preferred

• Experience with analytics or reporting tools such as Power BI, Yardi, Argus or similar platforms.
• Exposure to investment, portfolio management, or asset‑level analysis in any industry.
