Description

Job Purpose: To study the companies financial data and to give advise on the overall financial strategy for the business. An individual must be able to successfully perform the essential functions of this position with or without a reasonable accommodation.


Summary of Essential Job Duties:

  • Collaborate with various departments to analyze financial data and performance.
  • Review and analyze financial reports and provide insights to senior leadership.
  • Prepare financial reports with reliable conclusions that management can use to implement more effective operational strategies.
  • Gather and analyze data for potential business expansion.
  • Assist in budgeting, variance analysis, and strategic planning process.
  • Test business processes and recommend improvements.
  • Guide cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures, providing trends and forecasts; explain processes and techniques; recommending actions.
  • Create reports, dashboards and visualizations to help others understand business performance.
  • Develop and maintain reporting tools.

Required Education and Experience:

  • BA/BS in a quantitative field.
  • MS/MBA preferred.
  • Previous experience utilizing ERP systems and tools for data extraction, manipulation and analysis.
  • Previous experience with corporate acquisitions.
  • Previous experience with PE preferred.
  • Previous experience with PowerBI.
  • Prevous experience with SQL is appreciated.
