Job Title: Financial Analyst
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Hybrid position based in Charlotte, NC, with a requirement to be in the office three days per week.
SUMMARY: This role will support decision-making by providing financial insights, conducting data analysis, and preparing reports that enhance operational efficiency and financial performance. The Financial Analyst will play a key role in monitoring revenue cycles, payer reimbursement, and cost trends to ensure the financial health of our organization.Β

Education: Bachelorβs degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Masterβs or MBA preferred).
Experience: 2β4 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in healthcare or revenue cycle management. Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
License/Certification: MBA preferred.
Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills.
Computer Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook. Advanced computer skills utilizing accounting software and databases. NetSuite and PowerBI experience a plus.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to organize and manage personal workload. Strong problem-solving skills.

Sedentary Work: The role involves sitting for extended periods while working on a computer, attending meetings, and reviewing financial documents. Visual Acuity: Ability to read and analyze financial reports, spreadsheets, and other detailed documents. Communication: Regularly required to talk and hear, both in person and over the phone, to communicate with team members, senior management, and external partners. Mobility: Occasionally required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms, especially when moving around the office or attending meetings.
