The Financial Analyst is responsible for assisting in the reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of the Companyβs financials. This role will provide guidance, expertise, coaching, and counseling to all sales staff. It will work closely with other leaders within the organization to drive efficiency and cross-teaming, which are critical to delivering the highest service levels. The Financial Analyst will possess a deep knowledge of the company, our internal processes, our software, and our business model to ensure a consistent and outstanding service delivery to all supported parties and clients. Key success factors for this role include the ability to build effective relationships and communicate effectively. This position will be based out of Charlotte, NC.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, MBA preferred, or 3 to 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Math Ability:
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, discounts, interest, commissions, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.Β
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Β Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.Β
Technology Aptitude:
Must be proficient in the use of computers and recent Windows applications such as Microsoft Office (strong emphasis on Excel), e-mail, Web browsers, Business Intelligence platforms, and ERPs.
Travel:
Will require occasional overnight travel and overnight stays.
