What You’ll Do:

• Analyze revenue, expenses, and billing data to identify trends and optimize operations
• Create and present detailed financial reports that guide clinic leadership
• Support the annual budgeting process and monitor spending against targets
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and conduct cost-benefit analyses
• Collaborate across departments to gather data and communicate financial findings in a way that makes sense to all stakeholders

What You Bring to the Team:

• A degree in finance, accounting, statistics, or healthcare administration
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Confidence in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts) and SMS-SQL
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• A collaborative spirit and ability to work across teams
• (Bonus) Experience in a healthcare finance environment
