Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our growing finance team. As a Financial Analyst, you will assist in gathering and analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and helping to support decision-making processes within the company. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in finance and develop their analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Analyze financial data and trends to identify business opportunities and risks.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Prepare variance analysis to compare budgeted versus actual financial performance.
- Help prepare financial models for forecasting and budgeting purposes.
- Assist with internal financial audits and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Monitor cash flow, expenditures, and other financial metrics.
- Provide general administrative support to the finance team as needed.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss financial performance and provide insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.).
- Knowledge of financial concepts and accounting principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Internship experience in finance or accounting is a plus.
- Familiarity with financial software and tools (e.g., Replicon, Bill.com, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
