What You’ll Do
As a Financial Analyst, you’ll support strategic decision-making by interpreting data, evaluating business and financial performance, and identifying opportunities for improvement across departments. You'll build models, track performance, and deliver insights that help SimuTech scale efficiently.
Drive Financial & Operational Insight
- Analyze financial and operational data to evaluate performance and inform strategy.
- Develop models and scenarios for forecasting and business case evaluation.
- Build and maintain dashboards in Power BI to monitor KPIs and support visibility.
Support Strategic Planning
- Collaborate on budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking initiatives.
- Identify risks and opportunities across business operations and project plans.
- Create clear, compelling reports and presentations for senior leadership.
Contribute to Business Growth
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate data into action.
- Support new initiatives with analysis and decision-making tools.
- Adapt to evolving business needs and contribute to key projects.
What You’ll Bring
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (Computer Science or Data Science background also welcomed).
- 0–3 years of experience in financial/business analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or strategy.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Snowflake is preferred.
- MBA is a plus.
Skills
- Financially Fluent: Strong understanding of core accounting principles and financial modeling.
- Data-Savvy: Proficient in Excel and data tools for analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
- Analytical Thinker: Able to assess trends and translate findings into business impact.
- Strategic Communicator: Comfortable presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Insight-Driven: Continuously looks for opportunities to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Pay Range: $60,000-80,000 Annually (based on location, experience, and other factors.)
