Overview

This position will support the FP&A team in performing financial and analytical support including data analysis, modeling, ROI calculations, reporting, assistance in preparation of presentations and participation in the forecasting and budgeting process.

Responsibilities

Specific Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth financial analysis to evaluate business performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and variances, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.

Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making and strategic planning.

Prepare and deliver accurate, timely, and insightful financial reports to management and other stakeholders.

Develop dashboards and visualizations to enhance understanding of financial performance.

Support the month-end and quarter-end close processes by providing financial data and analysis.

Collaborate with business units to provide financial insights and recommendations that align with organizational objectives.

Participate in strategic projects, such as evaluating new business opportunities, cost optimization initiatives, or capital investment decisions.

Perform variance analysis in performance and expenses

Assist auditors, both internal and external, by ensuring prompt responses to data requests and inquiries

Identify opportunities to streamline and improve financial processes and reporting systems.

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company policies and external regulations.

Leverage financial tools and technology to enhance efficiency and analytical capabilities. <
