Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years demonstrated experience working with inventory- or asset-tracking systems in an IT or data management consulting role is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with data entry, extraction, and reconciliation processes using cloud-based platforms; direct experience with Wasp Barcodeβs Asset Cloud system is highly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data manipulation, importing/exporting, and spreadsheet troubleshooting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Forms for collecting and organizing data from multiple stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, validation, and audit processes.
- Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly, with a focus on process improvement and documentation.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Experience reconciling inventory reports and managing multiple data sources.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive asset and personnel information confidentially and securely.

Responsibilities:
- Enter asset data into the Asset Cloud system, including complex βmulti-quantityβ entries that require multi-step procedures and validation.
- Mark and manage work from home (WFH) assets within the Asset Cloud system, ensuring all remote assets are accurately categorized and tracked.
- Develop and implement a new, simplified process for tracking WFH assets to improve efficiency, reporting, and auditing.
- Conduct scanning and auditing of NJ Courts assets in Asset Cloud, ensuring accuracy and full compliance during the annual fiscal year-end inventory process.
- Extract and upload asset, employee, vendor, and manufacturer information using Excel spreadsheets and tools, ensuring comprehensive data migration and integrity.
- Utilize Microsoft Forms to gather asset information from 500+ municipalities and systematically integrate this data into the Asset Cloud system.
- Reconcile inventory reports by comparing system data with physical counts, resolving discrepancies, and preparing reconciliation summaries.
- Maintain up-to-date records of assets, employees, vendors, and manufacturers within Asset Cloud, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Provide customer support and guidance to Central Office and 21 counties for all Asset Cloud system and asset tracking initiatives, including troubleshooting, training, and ongoing assistance.
- Collaborate with management and operational teams to gather required information and troubleshoot data inconsistencies.
- Document processes, recommend workflow improvements, and share best practices for future system use.
- Provide ongoing support and training to staff regarding Asset Cloud data entry and reporting procedures as needed.
