Position Overview: The Journeyman Data Analyst supports the Program Management and Data Analysis (PMDA) Support Services for the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). This role will work on data analytics initiatives by developing reports, dashboards, and insights that inform decision-making.

Must have Top Secret Clearance or SCI Eligibility

Position Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain data collection systems and databases
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and patterns
• Create visualizations and reports using tools like Power BI
• Translate business needs into reporting specifications
• Support data integration from CBP and DHS systems

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
• 5 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
• Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, or similar tools

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Experience with federal data systems preferred
