On July 10, 2025, Delaware North announced its US-based Travel Hospitality Services (THS) business will be sold to Areas, a global leader in travel dining and retail. The sale is expected to be finalized in the fourth quarter of 2025. Upon completion of the sale, all THS team members will become part of Areas. Responsibilities

  • Partner with subsidiary leadersย to prepare and consolidate annual budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with executive direction and financial accuracyย 
  • Analyze financial performance trends, review variances, and support the preparation of weekly, monthly, and annual forecastsย 
  • Collaborate with finance and accounting teamsย to align processes, objectives, and reporting across the organizationย 
  • Create and manage ad hoc reportsย and assist in developing executive-level presentations for internal and external stakeholdersย 
  • Research and analyzeย industry and market trends to support strategic planning and business insightsย 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance ; MBA is preferredย ย 
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in FP&A.
  • Experience working with financial modeling, assumption generation, and comparisons with market trends and comparable transactionsย 
  • Strong analytical experience in finance-related functionsย 
  • Experience with financial analysis and data miningย 
  • Experience with financial information, including audit reports and extracting information for projections and reportsย 
  • Advanced Excel experience
  • Must be able to work EST time zone
