Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze marketing data and performance metrics to develop actionable insights that support business objectives.
• Create visual reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint for cross-functional teams.
• Track and optimize digital marketing efforts through Google Analytics, Google Ads, and related platforms.
• Monitor SEO performance using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Search Console and provide optimization recommendations.
• Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to support campaign planning and audience targeting.
• Identify trends, customer behaviors, and opportunities to improve marketing ROI.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in a marketing or data analyst role, preferably in a retail or e-commerce setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, charts) and PowerPoint.
• Hands-on experience with Google Business tools such as Google Analytics and Google Ads.
• Solid understanding of SEO best practices and performance tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in an on-site, collaborative team environment.
• Equivalent combination of training, experience, or demonstrated ability in marketing analytics is welcomed in place of formal education.
