Weβre looking for a data-driven Marketing Analyst to join our team and help drive insights that fuel growth across both retail and e-commerce channels. In this role, youβll analyze customer behavior, marketing performance, and financial KPIs to deliver clear, actionable insights. Youβll manage and enhance our CRM database, support segmentation strategies, and build campaign reporting across direct mail, email, and digital channels. You'll play a key role in maintaining dashboards, performing ad hoc analyses, writing SQL queries, and translating complex data into clear recommendations for cross-functional teams. This role also involves evaluating new analytics tools, integrating data sources, and collaborating with IT and Marketing partners to innovate how we source, manage, and activate customer data.
