Pay:Β $70,000. Flexible based on experience.

Hours: Full time, Monday – Friday, 8:30 – 5:00

Work location: Portsmouth, NH

The Day to Day:

Marketing Insights & Strategy

  • Analyze marketing data to understand campaign performance and member engagement.
  • Analyze marketing channel performance to optimize growth strategies across key channels, such as email, SMS, display, OTT, etc., and identify new opportunities via data-driven recommendations.
  • Assist in campaign experimentation and analyses to measure revenue impact of marketing efforts and inform future spend.
  • Work with Product and Digital teams to plan, design, and run channel tests to support the successful launch of marketing initiatives
  • Research market and competitor trends to uncover new opportunities and avenues for growth.

Reporting & Visualization

  • Build dashboards and reports that make insights easy to understand and provide up to date tracking and status reporting.
  • Present data clearly to stakeholders using effective visualization tools.
  • Continuously improve reporting processes and tools.

Segmentation & Personalization

  • Create targeted member segments for more personalized, relevant marketing.
  • Leverage knowledge of human psychology and consumer behavior to enhance targeting and personalization efforts.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, and product recommendations.
  • Mine prospect and member databases, identifying groups and subgroups to enable more-targeted, more-personalized approaches to messagingβ€”e.g. content, offers, products, etc.

Collaboration & Campaign Support

  • Work closely with the marketing, product, and digital teams to plan and execute campaigns.
  • Prepare member lists and collaborate with the Data Analytics department and third-party vendors as needed.
  • Provide recommendations to leadership to adjust strategies and improve ROI.

Innovation & Growth

  • Stay current on marketing analytics trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Identify gaps in data collection and recommend ways to enhance our infrastructure.
  • Bring new ideas to the table to drive growth and efficiency.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum three years’ experience in a related field.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of marketing technologies such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Segmint.
  • Extensive knowledge of Reporting Platforms such as Tableau
  • Familiarity with database reporting and design including SQL retrievals.
  • Demonstrate outstanding analytical skills and ability to produce detailed reports for senior management.
  • Proven market analysis or equivalent skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Proficient with Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Power point, and various web-based applications required.Β
