Marketing Analyst

Position Title: Marketing Analyst

GENERAL SUMMARY

The marketing analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing and interpreting marketing data to help inform business decisions and improve campaign performance. Β This role plays a key part in understanding customer behavior, market trends and campaign effectiveness.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyze marketing data from various sources including but not limited to internet, social media, television and print.Β 
  • Track and report on campaign performance metrics including conversion rates, cost per lead and return on investment.
  • Present insights and findings to marketing sales and executive teams.
  • Identify trends and provide actionable recommendations for marketing performance improvement.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, customer segments and competitive trends.
  • Assist in the selection of new geographic markets by analyzing historical leads, market demographics, housing construction, median income of targeted population.
  • Provide recommendations based on data to guide media buying agents, marketing strategies and decision-making.
  • Develop dashboards, reports and presentations to communicate insights to stakeholders

  • Reporting accuracy – reports delivered without errors
  • Report timeliness – reports delivered on or before deadlines
  • Evaluation of data cleanliness accuracy and usability.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency with tools such as Excel, Power Point, Google Analytics and other related software.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
