Marketing Analyst

Position Title: Affiliate Administratorย 


GENERAL SUMMARY

The Affiliate Administrator enhances communication between Acorn Stairlifts and its Affiliates. This role provides daily program support, manages operations, and works to increase new enrollments and referral submissions. The ideal candidate will have experience building long-term partnerships and will demonstrate strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential affiliates and partners, tracking communication and progress.
  • Serve as the primary contact for Affiliates and Partners regarding enrollment and ongoing support.
  • Administer program registration, credentialing, and required documentation.
  • Monitor affiliate activity for compliance with program terms and brand guidelines.
  • Track referral submissions and follow up with Sales or Finance regarding status updates or payments.
  • Maintain the affiliate database, contact lists, and related documentation.
  • Generate performance reports for affiliates.
  • Share relevant insights with the Marketing Team.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to streamline program efficiency.
  • Assist the Marketing Team in developing materials, FAQs, and communications tailored to affiliates.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, business development, or a related fieldย 
  • Strong analytical skills; proficiency in spreadsheets and reporting in Excel, PowerPoint, and similar toolsย 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident with digitalย tools, such as email platforms, document creationย and presentation programs (Outlook, Word,ย PowerPoint, or similar programs)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
