Job Title: Marketing Analyst / Senior Analyst

Overview:
Pathway is a leading private market fund-solutions provider with a team of ~250 individuals globally and more than $90 billion in assets under management. We’re seeking a marketing analyst (or senior analyst) to add to our marketing operations team. The team is responsible for communicating Pathway and its solutions to institutional investors and consultants in the private markets, as well as providing client service support. This is a generalist role covering a variety of marketing operations and client service related areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce presentations, data packages, and other marketing materials in response to requests from consultants, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
- Support the RFP/RFI/DDQ process.
- Develop compelling content that properly conveys Pathway’s competitive strengths, capabilities, and leadership as a private market investment specialist.
- Manage industry databases and company profiles.
- Maintain/update marketing materials, including presentations, handouts, newsletters, and digital assets.
- Manage relationships/accounts with marketing SaaS vendors and external data providers.
- Provide marketing systems admin support, with an emphasis on Salesforce.
- Work with marketing team to implement and manage digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO strategy.
- Assist with streamlining internal processes to develop consistent and timely deliverables.
- Collaborate across departments and global regions to complete additional ad hoc requests and projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or other related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or business development role within the asset management space (preference for private markets experience).
- Proficiency in administering Salesforce and/or other marketing systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite products.
- Demonstrable technical writing skills.
- Strong project management and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Aptitude for fostering relationships and collaborating with global teams.
- Keen critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
