Objective: Responsible for delivering reliable and accurate master data. This position requires exceptional technical
knowledge, interpersonal skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast moving environment.
Minimum Requirements:
• ERP/MRP Data Analysis: 3 years (Required)
• Microsoft Excel - Advanced user
• SQL - Advanced user
Job Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
• 4 year degree a plus, but not required
• Experience maintaining master data, preferably in an ERP system such as SAP, Oracle, Sage X3
• Experience with BI modeling a plus
• Experience with SQL required
• Proficient in Microsoft products including Excel - pivot tables, and extensive use of Internet for research
• Strong orientation to team work
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in dealing with senior level management and operational level employees
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible to create and update master data records in the ERP system.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to define, implement and enforce master data strategies, policies, and
controls.
• Adhere to processes related to the creation, maintenance, and quality of master data to ensure consistency across
multiple locations.
• Improve the quality and accuracy of master data by participating in routine audits and data cleansing activities.
• Support internal customers by performing daily activities creating and updating master data and troubleshoot issues
related to data.
• Guide business users through procedures and documentation how to provide pertinent information for complete,
accurate, and timely data.
• Conduct data cleaning to rid the system of old, unused data, or duplicate data for better management and quicker
access.
• Participate in projects related to finance and accounting, including cost accounting and capital investment analysis.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
Pay Range: $72,000- 90,000 annually
The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job’s compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
