Primary Position Purpose:
Responsible for providing ongoing support to the Onboarding Compliance team through reporting and analytics.
Position Functions:
· Collect and analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly Onboarding Compliance reports
· Develop and maintain individual scorecards for the Onboarding Compliance Specialists
· Work on special projects, as needed
· Responsible for completing monthly OCS quality control checks
· TenStreet liaison
· Manage the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) processes ensuring that pre/post adverse action correspondence is sent in accordance with federal law
· Respond to requests for previous employment verifications from other motor carriers
· Collaborate in-person with all levels of the organization to harness collective intelligence of the workforce
· Attend all in-person meetings and trainings on recent developments, goals, and objectives and participate in such discussions by offering input and advice
· Regularly engage remotely and in-person with customers and potential customers to establish rapport, open communication and expectations
· Monitor all paid verifications for drivers
· Other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
Education
· High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience:
Skills & Abilities:
· Excellent oral, written, and organizational skills
· Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Excel
· Working knowledge of Power BI
· Strong mathematical skills
· Ability to multi-task and consistently meet deadlines
· Good judgement and problem solving skills using critical thinking
· Ability to work in fast paced & high volume environment
· Highly motivated self starter
· Ability to quickly adapt to changing regulations and guidelines
· Motivated to achieve results
· Team player with strong interpersonal skills
