Job Title: Performance Marketing Analyst – Affiliate & Paid Social 
Location: Remote    

Role Description:   

ThePerformance Marketing Analyst supports our growing Affiliate and Paid Social program. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role that plays a key part in bringing performance campaigns to life across premium affiliate content placements, creators/influencers, and paid social channels.  

Reporting to the Channel Manager, Paid Social, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys building campaigns and coordinating partners while maintaining operational excellence. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams, playing a critical role in launching best-in-class performance forward programs without owning overarching strategy or forecasting. If you love performance marketing, clean execution, and working with smart people who respect the craft, you’ll feel right at home.

What You’ll Do
Key Responsibilities:  

Paid Social 

  • Builds and traffics campaigns across Meta and Pinterest (TikTok as needed). 
  • QA creative, audiences, URLs, and tracking prior to launch. 
  • Monitor pacing and flag performance issues or anomalies. 
  • Support creative testing and campaign iteration. 
  • Maintain naming conventions, documentation, and overall account hygiene. 

Affiliate Marketing 

  • Execute and manage premium affiliate placements across content publishers, creators, and influencers. 
  • Support outreach and onboarding of new brand-aligned, non-coupon affiliate partners. 
  • Coordinate campaign placements, tracking links, and launch timelines. 
  • QA tracking, attribution, and partner links within Impact. 
  • Maintain partner documentation, notes, and performance summaries. 
  • Support creator and affiliate workflows, including briefs, timelines, and more. 

This program prioritizes content, creators, and brand-aligned partnerships rather than coupon or deal sites. 

Cross-Functional & Operational Support 

  • Partner with internal Creative and Brand teams on asset specifications, usage rights, and delivery timelines. 
  • Support processes through documentation and internal operational improvements. 
  • Assist with weekly reporting and performance snapshots. 
  • Contribute to building scalable playbooks and execution checklists. 

What You’ll Have:  

We’re less interested in box-checking and more interested in capability, curiosity, and follow-through. That said, strong candidates typically have:  

  • Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms (Impact preferred) 
  • Experience building and managing campaigns in Meta Ads Manager (Pinterest experience a plus) 
  • Experience working with content publishers, creators, or influencer partnerships 
  • Strong attention to detail and experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously 
  • Comfortable executing against an established strategy and collaborating cross-functionally 
  • Familiarity with influencer whitelisting, creator licensing, or usage rights  
  • Reporting in Excel, Google Sheets, or dashboards

Education and/or Experience:   

  • 2–4 years of experience in affiliate marketing and/or paid social 
  • E-commerce or enthusiast brand experience is a plus
