Job Title: Performance Marketing Analyst – Affiliate & Paid Social

Role Description:
The Performance Marketing Analyst supports our growing Affiliate and Paid Social program. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role that plays a key part in bringing performance campaigns to life across premium affiliate content placements, creators/influencers, and paid social channels.
Reporting to the Channel Manager, Paid Social, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys building campaigns and coordinating partners while maintaining operational excellence. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams, playing a critical role in launching best-in-class performance forward programs without owning overarching strategy or forecasting. If you love performance marketing, clean execution, and working with smart people who respect the craft, you’ll feel right at home.
