Position Reports To: VP, Merchandising and ProcurementΒ 


Salary Range: $75K - $80K per year / DOQ


Purpose of Position: Owns pricing governance and product data accuracy across all commercial channels, ensuring pricing rules are consistently applied and enforced, cost and product attribute data is complete and current in company systems, and operational reporting is available to support timely business decisions.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Pricing Management (50%)

  • Maintain pricing tables, price lists, and channel-specific pricing structures in the ERP and related systems (ecommerce, price catalogs, ect).Β 
  • Execute price changes across all channels based on target margins and actual costs and communicate pricing changes and updates to relevant stakeholders.Β 
  • Enforce pricing rules and policies across B2B, retail, wholesale, and e-commerce channels, ensuring consistency and compliance.Β 
  • Support product cost analysis, estimation, and margin improvement initiatives.Β 
  • Maintain accurate cost data, including landed costs and vendor pricing.Β 
  • Partner with procurement and finance teams to validate and update cost structures.Β 

Product Data Management (25%)

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date product, vendor, and inventory data within company systems.Β 
  • Ensure data consistency across ERP and inventory planning tools.Β 
  • Perform regular audits to identify and correct data discrepancies.Β 
  • Support new product setup, updates, and lifecycle management.Β 
  • Develop and maintain operational and exception-based reports related to pricing compliance, data completeness, and cost accuracy

NetStock Administration Support (25%)

  • Maintain accuracy of NetStock system parameters, including demand forecasting and replenishment settings.Β 
  • Troubleshoot discrepancies and coordinate with vendors or internal teams as needed.Β 
  • Assist inventory planners with administering changes to stock status, supply plans, and system configurations.Β 
  • Ensure system configurations are up to date and aligned with supply chain strategies.Β 
  • Develop and maintain reports to support purchasing, forecasting, and operational planning.Β 
  • Other duties as assigned.Β 

Compensation includes a salary commensurate with experience, participation in group insurance plans upon eligibility, paid time off, sick leave, parental leave and more. Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons. We offer a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees and their dependents that includes:

  • Two (2) Medical Plans, with GrowGeneration contributing 80% to employee only coverage and 50% to employee + dependent(s) coverage

Part-time employees are eligible for up to six (6) days of paid sick leave (subject to state and local laws), two (2) weeks of paid parental leave, and participation in the 401k. Employees that move from part-time to full-time status may receive less than ten (10) PTO days based on their anniversary date. Benefits may be subject to generally applicable eligibility, waiting period, contribution, and other requirements and conditions.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field preferred.Β 
  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory planning, pricing, product data management, or a related analytical role.Β 
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis
  • Experience working with ERP systems.Β 
  • Experience with NetStock or similar inventory planning system preferred.Β 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Β 
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.Β 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Β 
  • Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.Β 
  • Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset.Β
