Description

Oracle NetSuite is searching for an amazing product marketer for its AI product offerings.ย Youโ€™ll be knowledgeable about AI concepts and trends and understand the holistic NetSuite offering when it comes to AI, whether itโ€™s services and infrastructure or our embedded AI features woven directly into our application.ย  Youโ€™ll use that knowledgeย to help create go-to-market campaigns and activities and create and tell inspirational stories, ensuring that our messaging, value propositions, and marketing and sales materials resonate strongly with sales teams, customers and prospects.ย

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Content and Messagingย โ€“ Develop/review external product positioning and messaging for prospects and customers that differentiates AI capabilities in NetSuite.ย  Support the demand for content and assets for webinars, podcasts, videos, and speaking events, both internal and external.ย ย  ย 
  • Sales enablementย โ€“ Working with the NetSuite Sales Enablement team, communicate the value proposition of the product to the sales team in an effective way and develop the sales tools needed to support the selling process. arm the field with the narrative and assets they need to tell the Oracle AI story.ย 
  • Marketing enablementย โ€“ Be the product and market expert, providing content and support to all marketing functions, such as demand generation, PR, AR, communications and web.ย ย  ย ย 
  • Market intelligenceย โ€“ Be the expert on our target markets. Develop buyer personaโ€™s - how they buy, why they buy.ย 
  • Competitive Intelligenceย โ€“ Be the expert on your competition and how to crush them -ย help gather/disseminate competitive information. Work with the NetSuite Competitive Intelligence and Value teams to ensure competitive intel is up to date and available to the sales field.ย  ย  ย 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • You have 5+ years of relevant experience in product marketing, and a BA, BS or MBA degree.
  • Youโ€™ve done product marketing at a software firm.
  • You have experience with cloud-based AI related software.ย

  • Youโ€™re analytical and creative in your thinking; you have an ability to distill complex ideas in succinct and compelling ways and communicate them verbally or through strong written communication.
  • Proven track record of speaking in front of internal, external, and global audiences, at various levels
  • Proven track record of launching and growing products.
  • Ability to work well cross-functionally.
  • You've done B2B marketing campaigns and created materials to equip marketing and sales teams to sell technology products.
  • You can work with minimum supervision and be capable of strategically prioritizing multiple tasks in a proactive manner.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Able to perform in a fast-paced working environment and deal well with ambiguity.
  • Exceptional storytelling and writing abilities, with a flair for creating engaging content across multiple formats.
  • Strong interpersonal skills that enable you to influence diverse audiences and foster collaboration.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracleโ€™s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
