Job Description Summary:

We are currently seeking for a highly qualified and an experienced candidate as a Production Data Analyst who will be utilizing MTech Systems, Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Access, record and track all aspects of our customers’ orders/product, from receipt of new orders, inbound product, inventory, production and outbound shipments. You’re able to build/create Excel spreadsheets and Access databases for the uniqueness of each order and insure accuracy of the information we provide our customers.

Job Description:

  • This position manages the M-Tech and SHAPs databases for the Walpole Complex. This includes checking inventories and transactions for completeness and working with farms to correct errors. Employee must also be able to provide technical assistance to farms concerning M-Tech use.
  • Maintain multiple spreadsheets to track production data. This involves liaising with the Research and Development team and compiling and organizing data from multiple sources.
  • Position is responsible for recording, distributing, and reporting petty cash transactions.
  • Position is responsible for preparing a variety of regular reports, including but not limited to: weekly NPIP paper, weekly M-Tech production reports, monthly production data files, and month-end inventory counts (eggs, birds, supply usage, utility usage, etc.) for the Finance Department.
  • Position is responsible for tracking and compiling production data and consumables usage data throughout the year for annual carbon footprint reporting.
  • Position will assist with preparing documents and labels for international egg exports.
  • Comply with all EHS, QA, HR, and genetic security rules and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Two years of administrative experience is required, at least 5 years is preferred.
  • Experience working in the poultry industry is strongly preferred.
  • English language proficiency is required. English/Spanish bilingual is preferred.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required. College education in business administration is preferred.
  • Must be a detail-oriented, self-motivator with ability to perform tasks with accuracy and efficiency without direct supervision.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite of products is required. Experience with macros in Excel is preferred.
  • Must be experienced in database management.
  • Must possess strong mathematical and data analysis skills.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States of America
  • Must successfully pass a background check and drug-screen prior to employment.

Physical Requirements:

  • Sitting for extended periods (6+ hours).
  • Grip, grasp or twist using hands and wrists.
  • Lift, carry, push, and/or pull up to 40lbs.
  • Bend and stoop periodically throughout shift.

Work Environment:

  • Primarily office and warehouse conditions.
  • May require visits to bio-secure farm and hatchery locations on occasion to remain familiar with data collection practices.
  • Working in a loud/noisy environment at times

Other Conditions:

  • Candidate must adhere to strict confidentiality rules in regards to data handling.
  • For bio-security purposes, candidate cannot own or house any wild or domesticated avian species.
  • Candidate must adhere to a strict 72-hour quarantine period after contact with non-Hubbard avian species.
