Ensures the accuracy, integrity, and usability of operational data across production, inventory, fulfillment, and financial activities and supports decision-making, maintains production flow, and ensures alignment between system data and real-world operations by performing both administrative and analytical tasks.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Enters job details related to materials, operations, job status updates, and labor activity in ERP system.
Records inventory transactions, cycle counts, and adjustments.
Corrects labor and time entry errors form the shop floor.
Validates and corrects data inconsistencies by partnering with supervisors, leads, and managers.
Reviews job data for accuracy and completeness before production completion.
Identifies inconsistencies in routings, BOMs, cost rollups, and master data.
Assists with analyzing material usage trends, variances, and inventory discrepancies.
Performs root-cause analysis on M.E.S. production data errors impacting production or delivery.
Assists with interpreting shop floor data to help identify labor or machine bottlenecks.
Uses BAQs, dashboard, and analytical tools to detect shortages, overdue jobs, and data inconsistencies.
Generates daily and weekly KPI reports for leadership.
Runs standard accuracy and exception reports to validate data integrity.
Gathers production records form each department for system entry.
Maintains records of part locations within the production process.
Receives and confirms subcontract purchase orders, issues all necessary material to the job and ensures parts are properly identified for picking.
Works with production, quality, engineering, supply chain, finance, and customer service teams to resolve data issues.
Serves as a data liaison to support continuous improvement initiatives through insights and trend analysis.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED), preferred plus two years office experience, preferred, with a background in manufacturing, production control, data administration, or supply chain operations.Ā Must be highly organized with ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.Ā Experience with quality systems and basic root-cause analysis methodologies, preferred.Ā
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.Ā Ability to write simple correspondence.Ā Ability to use effective communication skills to work cross-functionally and with customers.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret data, identify errors, and recommend corrective actions.Ā Must be detailed orientated and focuses on data accuracy.
COMPUTER SKILLS
