GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION |
The Retention and Data Specialist provides participant follow-up, outreach and retention support while also managing data and system updates to ensure accurate tracking and reporting. This role supports program success by monitoring progress, maintaining high-quality data in participant management systems and providing event and data coordination assistance. |
